This is a contemporary, somewhat jazz-style arrangement of "Create in Me" from the traditional Lutheran liturgy. The text corresponds with that found in LW 143, and is only slightly different from that published in TLH and LSB. Separate wind instrument parts--trumpet/clarinet/soprano sax, trombone, alto sax, tenor sax/baritone T.C.--are also available for purchase.
